chemical means rather than used a single compound for a more compatible measure
on the environment.

The
term sous vide is used to describe an accurate temperature control cooking
technique. The central idea is placing one's food in a specially designed
plastic pouch, following which, it's immersed in either a water bath or steam
environment. It brings profound, very controlled, and even cooking, which cooks
